He is passionate about advising business owners on saving their businesses and assisting with personal asset protection for those facing financial distress. \nThis will often include a financial structure review\, working capital requirement analysis and the preparation of a Roadmap to Recovery action plan. \nDavid’s experience incorporates a multitude of large and complex receiverships\, liquidations\, administrations and bankruptcies in addition to pre-insolvency consultation and corporate turnaround/workouts. \nHis consultation is frequently sought after in various litigation support matters\, including the preparation of expert reports in insolvency\, business valuations and the quantification of economic loss. \nDavid regularly accepts appointments from Government authorities (particularly NSW Revenue)\, Australian Taxation Office\, NSW Office of Fair Trading and other creditors and financiers. \n \n  \n
