Cash Flow in a Crisis Webinar

Drawing upon their extensive experience, Andrea and David will walk us through some of the issues that business owners and leadership team members should be considering and acting upon in today’s economic environment.

From stimulus, cash flow, and scenario planning to practical considerations such as cadence and maintaining strong relationships with key third-party service providers (eg: banks, insurers and landlords), in this conversational session we will discuss practical strategies you can take away and implement for today, tomorrow and beyond. We’ll be focused on not just surviving, but thriving.


About Andrea Culligan

About David Manfield

David is a Liquidator & Trustee in bankruptcy who has spent 30 years specialising in the SME space. He is passionate about advising business owners on saving their businesses and assisting with personal asset protection for those facing financial distress.

This will often include a financial structure review, working capital requirement analysis and the preparation of a Roadmap to Recovery action plan.

David’s experience incorporates a multitude of large and complex receiverships, liquidations, administrations and bankruptcies in addition to pre-insolvency consultation and corporate turnaround/workouts.

His consultation is frequently sought after in various litigation support matters, including the preparation of expert reports in insolvency, business valuations and the quantification of economic loss.

David regularly accepts appointments from Government authorities (particularly NSW Revenue), Australian Taxation Office, NSW Office of Fair Trading and other creditors and financiers.
